Refund & Returns Policy

At The House of Curatora, every product is made to order specifically for each customer. Because our artwork is produced individually upon purchase, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by The House of Curatora are custom-produced after an order has been placed.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Personal preference after delivery

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect compared to your order

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Order information

Upon verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost
  • A refund where appropriate

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost during transit, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Where appropriate, a replacement order may be issued.

Returned-to-Sender Orders

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refused delivery

may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests can only be accommodated before production starts.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
